The person who wrote this CV or by those who have helped him prepare it are totally "out of their minds" in listing a random of names of people who had never known him personally just to give him "an aura of self-importance." Where did he ever get the idea that the list of reference is dated? In principle, the reference should have the address of the persons he knew intimately who could vouch for his integrity and employability. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reference
